Prestashop SMTP

installation guide of Prestashop with Mailazy SMTP

Prerequisites

You need to complete these given prerequisites, you can skip the step if you have already completed.

  1. Sign up for a Mailazy account.
  2. Complete Domain Authentication.
  3. Generate the Mailazy Access Key

Configuration:

  • Go to your Prestashop backoffice and go to Advanced Parameters > E-mail

  • Select Set my own SMTP parameters (for advanced users ONLY)

  • Fill in the following information :

    • IP or server name: smtp.mailazy.com
    • SMTP user: MAILAZYAPIKEY
    • SMTP Password: MAILAZYAPISECRET
    • Encryption: TLS
    • Port: 587
    • Select Both in email format
    • Save configuration hit save button
